I'm not proposing changing anything about the current Inbox, and have no plans to do so. I'm proposing adding an additional way to access it, to make it more usable for people who use it like I do.

Again, I am proposing no changes to the current Inbox. This is an additional view only. And if people want to make it something that can be enabled/disabled, that's fine too.
