But for the actual suggestion, that an admin should be able to set the entry properties such as whether or not comments are enabled, I'm generally in favor (whether or not the entry is made by an admin or another member). It would make moderation easier -- both if the commenters need a cooling-off period, and if a member has inadvertently set the comment settings to something that the community does not allow. Otherwise the admins would need to ask the entry owner to edit, or else delete the entry.
