...Okay, I just went and actually tried the beta form with an account which has more than one icon (when you have one icon there isn't a browse option, which makes sense) instead of just generalizing from the rest of the site. You're right; from that layout I wouldn't expect the icon to be clickable either even though icons are almost always clickable on the rest of the site.
