I don't know about the language filter - especially since it'd require DW to guess at what language an entry was written in - but the image/video placeholders would be awesome, and the ability to have NSFW/discretion placeholders would be nice, too. (Actually, it'd be nice if they were separate from the reading list placeholders...)
