I wasn't referring to a technical limitation; more that it's just Rah that actually does that. Though it makes sense that someone else might add that one, or "bugzilla: duplicate". Maybe renaming the 'untagged' tag would be good; it could be a little confusing the way it is. Maybe 'unreviewed'?
