Drag and drop would be amaaaaaazing but I'd also like maybe number boxes (as are used for S2 customize style link list order). I feel like single up/down arrows would be kind of annoying. Maybe less so if there were also double arrows to move an icon to very top/bottom? Idk. Like the OP I'm unsure about specific implementation form, but love the basic concept.
