S2: New tag classes on the Tags page

Title:
S2: New tag classes on the Tags page

Area:
Core2 Layer, Customize Style

Summary:
Add a class specifying the display style of tags - List, Multilevel list and Cloud - on the Tags page.

Description:
There is currently no way to really style differently the simple list and multilevel list on the Tags page because they both have the same class - ul.ljtaglist - and no previous container to set them apart.
I suggest replacing this class with something similar to what's used in the Tags module - tags_multilevel, tags_list and tags_cloud - depending on how the tags are displayed.

This. I got very frustrated trying to make a style display as multilevel because I'd select multilevel and it wouldn't display correctly, and I'm not smart enough to figure out why. At least now I know, but I ended up picking a different style.

Yes! This seems like it would open up to a lot of neat styles (like, maybe, one that I would love, where the taglist is collapsible by level?)
