Change subject line for poll response emails

Title:
Change subject line for poll response emails

Area:
notifications

Summary:
Change subject lines for email notifications of polls to "Someone replied to poll #111 'Topic'" so they thread more sensibly.

Description:
Subject lines for emailed replies to a poll are all "$User replied to a poll", so if you've got several polls running, one user's replies to all your polls go into a conversation, and different users' replies to the same poll go into different conversations. I'd rather have that switched round, so a conversation had all the replies to a particular poll.

(Keep the rest of the email the same so you can still see who made the reply and everything, just change the subject so it threads more sensibly.)

How does this work with the new subjects for emailed comments? I haven't posted a poll to Dreamwidth yet so I don't know how the comments look. If it's still an issue then I agree this should be fixed.
